Interviews If an applicant is selected for an interview, it will be conducted on site at the applicant's expense. The District may conduct a screening interview by telephone prior to inviting candidates for an in person interview on campus. Interviews are typically panel interviews, with administrators, teachers, parents, a board member, and sometimes students. Teacher candidates may be asked to teach a model lesson and complete a writing assessment. Other applicants may be required to complete a skills test.
