Directions

Trinidad is located between mile markers 11 and 15 along I-25 in south central Colorado. Primero School is about 3.5 hours from Denver, 2.5 hours from Colorado Springs, and 1.5 hours from Pueblo.

From Trinidad, take Highway 12 (the "Highway of Legends") west about 22 miles. The school is located on the south side of the highway about halfway between Segundo and Weston, in historic "Medina Plaza."

Along the way, you will pass through the small towns of Jansen, Cokedale, Valdez, Segundo, and then come to the school.

The school is about three miles west of Segundo on the left-hand side of the highway. The town of Weston is about 3.5 miles further west along Highway 12 past the school.
