Public Participation for Meetings

The board asks that public participants keep their comments to a minimum at the time they speak and refrain from speaking after Public Participation for the remainder of the meeting unless specifically addressed by the board.  The final determination whether an item will appear on the board agenda will be at the discretion of the superintendent and Board president.

The Board welcomes the comments of our community members staff, students and parents. Profanity, yelling, fighting words, defamatory or abusive remarks, and derogatory language are out of order and shall end the speaker’s privilege to address the Board. Disturbing good order is grounds for removal from the meeting.
